Dynamic Conditioning is a 45 minute class and is a great compliment to daily WODs at CrossFit Raw Steel. It is cardio intensive with a primary emphasis on core strengthening and body-weight movements. It will include modalities such as kettle bells, dumb bells, barbells, and/or med balls. The movements are constantly varied and will keep athletes engaged and moving from start to finish. It is a challenging and effective metabolic conditioning class...and FUN! All levels are welcome and the workouts can be scaled to each athlete’s current ability. So come get your Dynamic Conditioning on!
