The endurance class is currently postponed for the winter season. It will resume in March of 2019.
Endurance is a class specifically designed to help you improve your overall aerobic capacity. This class is an hour long and is a great compliment to daily WODs at CrossFit Raw Steel. Little to no weights/barbells will be used in this class. It is all about running/rowing and interval training.
Think high school track practice...and you are close! Come geared up ready to run!
