Kettlebell RDL (4 x 10 each leg)
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)
Death by DL + Pushups
EMOM until failure:
Min 1: 1 DL + 1 Pushup
Min 2: 2 DL + 2 Pushups
*Score is how far you advance in the EMOM, Round
Ex: if you are on the round of 10-you complete 10 DL and 8 PU and time is up. Score will be 9 Rounds.
Must complete all reps in under the minute.
