If our Learn to CrossFit course does not fit into your schedule or you like that one-on-one environment, then personal training at CrossFit Raw Steel is a great option. It is strongly recommended if you have trouble staying consistent with your workout regimen, have been sedentary for an extended period, or are training for a competition. Personal Training is also suggested if you have significant physical and health limitations or just prefer a more individualized program and system of accountability.
