Workout Of The Day
The "WOD" is the "Workout of the Day." Each day a new WOD is posted and can be reviewed prior to class time. All athletes perform the same WOD together which allows for a deeper sense of community and fosters success. It’s part of a complete program designed to improve strength and conditioning. The WODs are constantly varied and have a different focus each day. Please keep in mind that the WOD can be scaled (adjusted) to provide a suitable challenge for athletes at any level. No excuses, you can do it!
